Michael graduated in 2014 with a BA in illustration, since university he has spent time developing his work with exploration of print processes. The work he is currently making explores our relationships with narrative, through colour, shape, image and texture.
He approaches his work with a playful mind, often reflecting on his own word/brain lapses, most prominently seen in his series of vegetable collages based upon dyslexia.
He is collaborating with magazines and other creatives from varied disciplines, with a view to apply his work to tangible objects, such as zines, books, furniture and architecture.
