How would you personally define love?
It is a reflection, it's deep. It's stimulating. Physical, intellectual. There are so many dimensions.
Who are some of your favourite bands and why?
Pure Hell are my FAVOURITE. They are so sick. Their album Noise Addiction is... Wow. I've also been listening to Future Islands and New Order pretty frequently.
What is so great about Australia?
I've grown up here so my answer is going to be very.. generic ... I have some very close and beautiful friends I hold dear to my heart. Coming across creative, passionate, like-minded people here is something that happens on a regular basis like it does everywhere else. Australia also has beautiful scenery and really magical spots along the coast.
Describe your favourite book right now?
Mind Hunter by John Douglas. I've ALMOST finished. I lost it for a really long time and it finally recently arrived after ordering it again. I recommend this book it's huge!!! Probably one of my favourites. Very detailed. It follows the carer of John Douglas who was one of the first criminal profilers and he takes you through his carer and cases he has worked through pretty vividly. Apparently it's turning into a Netflix series now? Wtf.
Do you think reading makes you smarter?
I think that everything can make you "smarter". I think you can learn when you go for a walk and I think you can learn when you pick up a book or article. I think you learn when you engage in a conversation and I think you can learn when you listening to a podcast. I know some really great people who have minds that are so huge, that hate reading and I know some who love to read. Learning happens 24/7.
If you could read minds, who's mind would you read?
My toy animals.
