Hannah Devereux’s work consists of photographs, drawings, collages and handmade books. It explores the possibility of abstraction in landscape, the idea of an autonomous image. Featured here are previously unpublished excerpts from her Piece of Mountain series of collages, each image is 20 x 15cm and made between 2014 and 2015.
Born in England in 1988, Devereux studied at University College Falmouth and Byam Shaw School of Art, Central St. Martins. She currently lives and works in London. The exhibition WORKS features her landscape photography alongside the work of her father, Richard Devereux.
