Whether this future be one where people and robots adapt to coexist and perpetuate existence on earth through innovation, or a hell breaks loose where artificial intelligence consciously choose to demolish the very minds that created them. The familiarity we have all come to feel around artificial intelligence stems from the frequent exploration of these ideas through the sci-fi genre, and the warnings that respected thinkers and scientists have offered on the topic. Whether or not our society can handle the burden of curiosity against over-experimentation with artificial intelligence, will very soon be revealed.

Avant-garde publication Coeval’s fifteen piece clothing collection, as part of a merchandise collection at large, explores ideologies relating to alternate dimensional spaces and the cyber reality we soon expect to face. Pieces such as the system hoodie, depict a map to another dimension, capturing the essence of both the abstract and concrete worlds. A reality where looks do kill, and the almighty reign victorious. Other pieces such as the accept hoodie tell long forgotten tales of Pacha Kamaq, Peru’s creator of the first man and woman, whispering of the demise they ultimately faced. Where and how you choose to exist decides your own fate, choose now before it is perhaps too late.
