Inspired by science and fantasy – metal and plants, Giusy Amoroso @marigoldff and Sam Aldridge @_samaldridge are working in the intersections between technology and nature to tell narratives of the many possible multiverses which exist in parallel to our world.

Their anticipatory feeling for alternative realities is reflected in IOR50’s latest project. For K.O digital cover issue for K!nd magazine, they worked together with sylist @Windowsen visualizing the process of virtualization “We are in the the first level of dreams, using virtual technology to build the second level: Project ‘K.O’, they introduce. The result are colorful and yet eerie animated sets in which @lianlongqing_kudos styled as miss freeze and poison Ivy (based on Batman & Robin 1997) creates her own futuristic doll @senwung. Shapes reminiscent of fern plants and skeletons frame the scenes and give them a worldly touch. In this future vision people don’t trust their kind any longer and started to build their own dolls as faithful companions. The intro says: “Our world is gradually virtualizing. The space is completely virtualized already at this point, switching as people wants. And that is only a beginning...”
