This time Paria Farzaneh wanted to celebrate with us the Iranian New Year or "Norooz" with the end of winter and the beginning of the traditional Iranian Festival of Spring - simply translated as 'The New Day'. This celebration comes with 7 symbolic items called the Seven or Haft-Sin.

The presentation brings us to this green space where a massive truck was waiting for us - inside containers where hidden by a blue tarpaulin until the oriental music begun and Paria finally pulled the curtains down. To our great surprise, we discovered this incredible set made of 7 rooms full of meanings - representing the progression from material to spiritual, with models working as fabric seller, barber or just hanging around in a very hot and oriental atmosphere, smoking, chatting and losing the sense of time.

The presentation knocked us out with this immersive set experience as well as with her incredible aesthetic that she is known for - combining modern shapes and traditional patterns. Today's heat wave made Paria's Persian world even stronger, feeling like we were lost in the middle of the desert. A peaceful place that we didn't want to leave, ever!
