That same night, my brother Mohamed Bourouissa, whose work and vision have shaped me profoundly will also be performing his piece: Why Did I Choose to Make Music. His multidisciplinary practice, his approach to form and resistance, have long been part of the foundation I stand on 🦋🩵
Our performances are not separate, they’re intertwined. Both our new projects are being released under PAN, and this night is a celebration of our two creative entities, distinct, yet deeply connected.
