"Liminal Zone" is an audiovisual project by @roxyceron____ that explores liminal spaces as transitional territories between reality and suspension, presence and the imaginary, final project during the home residency @casadegliartisti_art .Through a practice that combines film, special effects and performance, the artist constructs visual and auditory environments in which the body becomes both a threshold and a perceptual device. The figures of @francaele and @katiekabalina emerge as liminal presences, representing the extremes of this temporal and symbolic line, evoking ancient symbols of passage and translating them into the contemporary, digital and avant-garde landscape. The research unfolds through materials, light and visual effects—central elements in Ceron’s practice—and engages with the concept of soundscape and the energetic dimension of matter. Choreographic movement — understood as the language of the body — constructs a continuous tension between repetition, chaos and suspension. This idea intertwines with the theme of animal magnetism and with electricity understood as a force capable of embodying the spirit of modernity. The project is structured as a series of short film sequences, in which avant-garde aesthetics, cinematic languages and digital imagery intertwine, generating hybrid visual narratives that blend cinema, music and performance.
