Born in 1991, right after finishing high school Iga Drobisz packed a suitcase and travelled the world ever since. Inspired by Sarah Moon, August Sander and Vivian Sassen Iga works in the field of portraits and fashion. Switching in between analog and digital, trusting her feminine sensitivity. Self taught, since the age of 13 she's experimenting and has never lost her curiosity. Since early years interested in Native American culture, Iga is currently working on her first solo exhibition and lifetime project "(LASTING) TRACES", opening in 2016. This is her tribute to the first nations.
As a former dancer, born in a musical family, music plays a key role in her life as well as in her photography. Artists like Jack White, Q-Tip, Ry X and Toy have been in front of her lense, just to name a few.
