Diesel SS26

Diesel SS26

For Spring/Summer 2026, Diesel abandoned the runway and handed Milan the stage. Glenn Martens scattered fifty-five looks across the city inside transparent egg-shaped capsules, transforming fashion week into a public game. Guided by maps and QR codes, participants raced to find the capsules, with full looks and accessories promised to the quickest hunters.

The collection itself was true to Martens’ disruptive vocabulary. Denim dominated, reworked with recycled poly-satin for iridescent finishes, distressed treatments, and hybrid tailoring. Fragile fabrics like chiffon and florals appeared fractured or layered under rougher textures, ensuring softness never drifted into sentimentality.

Accessories followed suit: the 1DR bag re-molded, the Grab-D hobo reimagined in denim, and skeletal jewelry reinforcing Diesel’s edge.

More than a presentation, the Egg Hunt dismantled hierarchy. By moving the show into the streets, Martens turned fashion into a collective adventure, replacing exclusivity with play. Diesel’s SS26 was less a runway than a manifesto: denim for everyone willing to chase it.
