On Monday, February 2, Inner_Spaces brings into dialogue two artistic journeys that explore sound as an inner and bodily experience. At the heart of the evening is From Where You Came by Kara-Lis Coverdale, a performance in which the Canadian artist transforms the emotional resonances of lived experiences into electronic signals. Opening the program is the new audiovisual work Metamorphosis by Perila, a sonic ritual that slows the perception of time and guides the audience into a state of contemplative attention.
