Ziggy Chen FW26
Ziggy Chen’s Fall Winter 2026 collection is built around the idea of Dissparation, focusing on subtle change rather than spectacle. The concept speaks to slow shifts: elements that separate, pause, and return in altered form. Meaning is not immediate; it settles gradually. The collection avoids nostalgia, instead breaking references into fragments that are repositioned through a contemporary lens. Balance is central, with restraint guiding every decision.
Construction is deliberately visible. Linings appear on the exterior, and internal structures become part of the garment’s language. Patterns are drawn from hand-made marks and historical sources: stone surfaces, aged architecture and archival imagery translated into motifs that feel suspended between eras.
The color palette remains measured: warm browns, softened greys, deep blue-greys, black, and muted yellow tones. Layering adds depth without weight, supported by wool, cashmere, hemp, linen, and silk. Irregular yarns and bouclé retain traces of process, allowing imperfection to remain present.
Accessories follow the same logic, with braided leather, layered footwear, and functional metal details reinforcing a wardrobe grounded in material honesty and quiet tension.
